i'm not saying u have an ED because i obviously aint a doctor.
i've found this though & thought it may be helpful for u to read.
Going to the doctor for an eating disorder is often very difficult, sometimes it won’t be your choice, parents or friends may force you to see you doctor if they notice weight loss or strange eating behaviors.
If you have lost a large amount of weight recently the doctor is likely to ask you some questions to try and determine both your physical and mental health. They would want to find out if you were trying to lose weight and how you went about it. They are likely to weigh you and work out your BMI (body mass index) to find out if it is in the healthy range. Under 17 is considered underweight, 18-25 is considered normal, 26-34 is overweight and higher than 34 is considered obese. If you are underweight, or the low end of normal, the doctor may take your blood pressure both sitting and standing up.
They are also going to want to do a series of blood tests to make sure you’re not deficient in any essential vitamins and make sure your electrolytes are balanced (especially important if you purge a lot) among other things.
The doctor is likely to do a depression screening on you and refer you to a counselor or psychiatrist if they think you have an eating disorder. It is highly unlikely you will be hospitalized for an eating disorder; you can only be forced to be hospitalized if your BMI is under 13.5. Although if there is something seriously wrong with your physical health as a result of your eating disorder you may be hospitalized to fix that problem.
