Hey Siobhan.

Hugs congratulations with making it 2months SH free... especially when it sounds as though it hasn't been the easiest for you still. If you can try and think of all the positive things that helped you through this time though... you can call on those things if you find yourself struggling. It can be anything from getting enough sleep to calling a friend when you felt the urges. Be proud and treat yourself.

With regards to the triggering conversation with your sister... what was triggering about it? Is it just the fact that you have to help her through things as well? If that is the case then you should let her know that you are having a tough day and can you call her back tomorrow [a time when you are feeling more up to it]. If it is just the specific things, then avoid those topics. The key is communicating though as I'm sure she wouldn't want you to be feeling so pressured, but she won't know unless you say something.

Your options don't have to be happy *or* sad, you *can* feel both.. pride is something else you should let yourself feel too.
