I think it could be partly an Aspergers thing, my brother seems the same.
Theres no right or wrong. If you are happy with not having relationships then don't have them. Friendship and Family are just as important. And if sex doesn't appeal to you then theres no reason you should have it.
I don't really notice "attractiveness" as such. People become attractive to me because of personality, and even then I don't think about having sex, except with my boyfriend and he initiates it usually.
