A lot of people get riled up and angry over people looking at them.
Incidentally this causes a lot of people to just randomly stab or attack others.
I'm not being stereotypical, I'm a teenager living in South London and have seen it happen.
Never happened to me or anyone I know. I live in SE1. I talk to people often.
It's the gangs that are responsible for the violence, and aside from people getting caught in crossfire, they attack each other only.
