I too have problems being able to make eye-contact with others I think it is a lack of self-confidence, so perhaps working on building your self-confidence with your therapist could be helpful. Also it might be helpful to bring it up with your therapist about your fear of taking pills so you can work through it. In regards to asking for help, it won't make you seem needy. That's what your doctor and therapist are there for, so they can support you through this. Hold on there you will make it through this. Take care
