Having an argument with someone is not a pleasant experience, and shouting and aggression is bound to make you feel very emotional and anxious. Sometimes you will have a day like this that just sets off all the wrong buttons and makes you feel like crap, makes you remember exactly how you felt before. But don't panic! You are getting there, it's an ongoing thing, these feelings will pass. Don't beat yourself up over one day of feeling understandably hurt and overwhelmed. Be nice to yourself, you are still getting there.
