Could you put all your sharps away somewhere so that they're hard to get to and not right next to you triggering you??
Try and distract yourself. Have a rant. Write a poem. Punch a pillow or seomthing. Is there anyone that you can stay with or call tonight to get you through this??
Sorry I have no more advice and I have to go to bed soon so might not be able to keep on replying for too long. But please stay safe and take care. Try to keep distracted as much as you can. Remember that SI doesn't help you in the long-term, it only temporarily alleviates how you're feeling. Look after yourself
