First of all, of course you have the right to feel down too. You're a human being with feelings after all!
Also, maybe those people who come to you for advice and for venting don't know the real you. They just know you a shoulder to cry on.. I'm guessing you're a shy, kind person who rathers put other's sake before yourself's. I know it's not easy, but maybe you should love yourself more. People will find out who you really are, and you'll find friends that can support you when you're down , just as you'll support them when they are.
As for your eating disorder, sadly I have no advice about that. Do you have a therapist to talk to about it? A doctor perhaps?
