Helen, you know things are not fine, you are not ok. You are ill, you are killing yourself. Deep down i know you know that and you know they dont threaten sectioning without good reason.
If you dont want to go back then you need to show a real improvement and show them you can do it at home but i personally think you'd be better in hospital. Could you not go in voluntarily? You know im here for you and i love you. Im really scared that you will die hel, please seriously think about it.
