A pharmacy or chemist can provide multiple prescriptions under the same address and will offer pick up for another person from the same address.
I pick up my parents and they pick up my medications.
It is a problem if you are keeping the same address though. Do the Drs know you have moved? Perhaps they can issue the prescription with your actual address on it?
As it is something you do not want known though, it is worth speaking to the chemist/pharmacy and stipulating that you do not want them to do this - If need be, explain what you have here - and state that you wish to keep your condition confidential. They will then have it on their records to say that.
