Can you take back some of the things that you've said yes to?

My mood is quite low, mainly because i've found out that i've been diagnosed with BPD and I can't get my head around it.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
