We don't think you are bad, you don't need to be sorry at all.
Sometimes the youngsters here get very scared, and they feel like they are bad too, most of the time because nasty people did bad things to them and made them feel like they were the bad ones. But the youngsters aren't bad at all, and neither are you.
When our little ones feel that way we try and make them feel safe and try and help them understand that they haven't done anything wrong, that they most definitely aren't bad. We try make them feel cared for. We give them their stuffed animals, get them wrapped up in a blanket, sometimes put Thomas the tank engine on the tv.
Could you perhaps talk to one of your bigs? See if they can help you to feel less scared? It seems like you need them at the moment. It's our job as bigs to do our best to make sure the youngsters are ok.
