I'm kind of dreading going back to school as the holidays have really helped me calm down and start to accept myself.
Kind of dreading the 'are you ok?' question from the teachers that found out last year. But my teachers have been supportive and understanding. I found that the best thing to do was to sit down and talk to them straight. Maybe tell your gymn teacher that your parents know, you are recovering and you would appreciate it if she could give you some space?
also might be a plan to try some relaxation techniques like writing down your day/ bad thoughts to get the feelings out, breathing exercises etc.
