My boyfriend found out I was harming again recently and he was upset with me. I knew I had to explain things to him but once I had it felt better. I don't think he totally gets it but he is trying. Well done for telling the person you live with and giving them the site. I could never show my boyfriend what I write here. I'd be too afraid what he would think.
