ugh this sounds tough
would it help you to list the things that your body helps you do/achieve when you're healthier?
mine helps me walk, play the cello, work, concentrate, interact with friends/sisters.
when i am ill i am unable to tolerate my nieces/nephew.... the world becomes too much.
a functioning body can serve a purpose.
