Can't cope at all my skin is screaming out to me for me to si, I just want to give in I know I'm not in control right now but i need to si, I'm finding it so hard to breathe without it. my boyfriend is going out of town on Friday night, at the moment its just a massive self harming opportunity. I really don't know what to do anymore.
