Hay, first i agree with plastic your pretty and bluntly your mum is mean and harsh, that comment about you sister is appauling. So put her aside on this topic and ignor her oppinions on you appearance and weight.

So If the healthy diet & exersizing isn't working and your doctor wont listen how about joining a weight watchers type thing, then you can get support along the way with adivce as your doctor seems useless at this point. Just keep trying. I don't know about the blood test i've never heard about how many callories you eat showing in a Blood test....maybe it was actually your sugar level, perhaps you had just had some juice or something else sugery shortly before the test. Anyway one blood test couldn't tell them your usuall state only that, that day (or maybe during the last coupple of days) you had had a fair bit of sugar. Unless youve had several tests and theve been monotoring your blood over a couple weeks, they can see sugar levels in test Maybe fat content but i think actually the term callories is a measurement anyway.
