Actually I think pre-teens are illegal - cyberforum jailbait - or at least they were when I joined, and the Terms of Service said nobody under 13. The Terms of Service changed since I joined of course - now everything is illegal lol.
From past polls, most ArWhyEllers are 14 - 17. They just make less noise than le cliques. A thread just for them will make it easier to hunt them down muhahaha.
