could you see this as a kind of experiment?? this is what iv done before: MY way doesnt work, iv decades of life to proove this; il try THEIR way for a week/month and see where it gets me. you have to trust them which is fking hard, but you need to look at your life so far and decide if you think youreally have the answer yourself.
write out a 10 minute by 10 minute schedule and try to drag yourself through. this would be easier if you were IP. i dont know how id ever have managed without IP support. i could never look after myself.
you need to learn to take care of 'little helen'.... treat yourself as though you're a little kid needing nurtuing.
