I found it helped with depression (no difference with anxiety) but it affected my concentration severely and I literally had to skip a dose when I had an assignment due in. I was studying at the time and working part time too so was virtually taking it PRN as needed to be able to concentrate for my work and studying.
I had terrible upset stomach when first taking it or when increasing dose but this only lasted a few days.
I didn't find that the higher doses helped any more than the lower dose really.
When I took it second time round I could only stay awake 4 hours a day and kept falling asleep all the time and I can't really live like that (and it's potentially dangerous) so had to come off it. Still not sure why it was so different the second time round.
No weight gain though, which I was very pleased about!
