I am currently:

It can be hard for parents to understand when their child is facing mental health difficulties.

It's understandable that you feel trapped, I can't self harm anymore and am under constant watch from my Mum and friends, so I can relate to you. Is there any other way you can maybe release yourself? In a non-harmful way?

All this change must be upsetting you, but it's okay to feel that way because any form of change is nerve-racking. But you'll be settled before you know it, you just have to hang in there. I know it'll be hard, but I know you can do it.

Take care, PM me if you want (:
