The first time I was on it I felt great for a week but then my mood lowered again. The second time I was on it I felt good for a day. I don't think I had any side effects though. Hope you find it helpful. Good luck and take care.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
