Hi.

I just wanted to offer my support and hugs. Well done for being 4 days clean that is such a good acheivement and you should be so proud.

As hard as it is...you need to try and ignore what your head is telling you. You do not NEED the drugs sweet, you CAN live without them.

I am also so very sorry to hear about your attempt on your life.
