Well thanks guys I'm feeling a lot better today, my auntie & uncle came to visit me today after moving back to Wales from Spain. I really missed them as they are really supportive & the only people in my family who understand SH. I hadn't seen them for 4 years. When they get their new house I can go & stay. I'm so glad you guys are here for me too every hug helps (hugs back) Thanks Luv Ceri x
