The potential for it to go wrong is huge, and the consequences are just... I mean, do polititians ever think? They should be able to communicate between themselves, not have to put up a huge database with every child's details on it. And £221 million to build plus a further £41 million a year to run?! Give the money to the NHS/education/whatever needs it more.
