CAMHS are Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services. CAMHS specialize in providing help and treatment for children and young people with emotional, behavioral and mental health difficulties.

You will probably be assessed when you first see them, so they can find out what you need from them, and what's going on for you, and how to help. When they find this out, they can help you more appropriately.

You just talk about what's going on for you & they try to help, try not to worry, it will be okay. :)
