I dont really have much advise, but im a swimmer and cut mostly my legs too, but i cut in between my legs if you know what i mean so no one really noticed. When you are in the water no one can see anything, maybe wrap a towel around your legs while your out of the water? When i swim no one can see when you are in the water swimming.
