*Cuddles* I don't think I can really add much, but completely agree that it's good to just try eating little things that are easy, smoothies, soup, etc and maybe stuff that you don't have to put too much preparation into like pre-prepared smoothies! Just it might make it a bit easier if you can just pick it up whenever, I know when I was really low even just heating up a tin of soup seemed like too much work! I know it's hard to make yourself eat, and don't push it too much but do keep trying - if you're not eating it's only make you feel worse overall with lack of energy etc.
I'm sorry you're having to deal with all this again; do you know what's brought it on? It's totally up to you if you don't want to go back to the dr just yet and it's good you're trying to sort this out (and I know you can do it!) but I just wanted to say that it doesn't matter if you saw her recently, it's ok if you need help and if it doesn't get better soon please do go back because you don't want to wait too long while things just get worse.. do you have any other support just now?
