I am currently:

Because of my OCD, I can't lie, so when I apologize, I have to mean it, it has to be sincere, & it actually causes a lot of distress tbh, I have to be in a certain mindset & certain way of apologizing & I have to understand EVERYTHING before I can apologize etc, then it is sure to be meaningful & it's "just right." blah blah I'll stop going on but anyway...

I've been told I apologize too much before though, or for "stupid things that I shouldn't apologize for", I don't know though, ha.

I think apologies should be sincere & meaningful. What's the point otherwise?

I think there is such a thing as apologizing too much, maybe you apologize so much & maybe it's even for things you don't need to apologize for, so your friends think you apologize too much?

In a world where you can be anything, be yourself.
