A good one for me is to text someone when I get a really bad urge. Not necessarily to tell them you want to cut, but with me just chatting about random stuff helps to lessen the urge to make it easier to cope with.
Exercising is another good one for me. It does give you a high, or at the very least tires you out so you can't be bothered to cut.
