If your therapist is any good she will know that people's symptoms fluctuate, some days are better and the symptoms might be dormant/absent, other days they are in full swing. So we don't think you need to worry about that.
Our only suggestion in relation to keeping yourself well would be keeping working with your therapist, having concrete safety plans; knowing the sign posts for when symptoms are coming back, what to do when you feel like they are; distress tolerance/coping strategies, if you are on medication remember to take it regularly etc..
