It's not ridiculous, it can be hard when you are used to spending time together, however some time apart can be good too as it can help us expand our life into other areas. What about starting a new hobby/activity? Such as cooking or art/writing or even going for a walk or maybe even joining some kind of group to help expand your friendships. Also have a look here, although it is a list of distractions you might find it helpful to give you a few ideas of things to do. Take care
