took the dog for our daily hobble around the neighborhood. the dog has a neurological condition that makes him have an awkward gait, and i have severe back problems that make me limp and drag my left foot a lot. now we are both hot, sweaty, tired and in pain but he drools a lot more than i do.

the docs say that the exercise is good for my back. i wish they would tell my back that. it screams at me every day when we go for our little limp-about.
