It's so hard to distract myself right now when it's taking so long. I've got myself a packet of crisps to distract me, that'll probably take me a while to finnish, so here's hoping. But to tell you the truth i already have hurt myself between the time they said they'd phone me back and the waiting period =/
They're surely dealing with lots of much more extreme cases though so i don'tt want to waste their time.
