so I get to weigh myself on Tuesday next week - only 4 days time!

I don't feel like I've lost much weight in the past couple of weeks. I've been having problems going to the loo (I know, TMI!!!). Also have only been to the gym once in the past couple of weeks. But am back on track now, so hopefully I can get to the gym a couple of times before I do weigh myself.

Food wise things are 'ok'. I'm still not cooking. My motivation is poor, so I've been making things easier for myself by buying ready prepared salad.

The main things is that I'm still on track and that's what's important. No binges, no cravings. Yay!!
