I know going to the doctors can be scary hun, but I really think it could be beneficial for you. Some people find it easier to write down what they need to say and then give the note to the doctor, so maybe that is something that could be useful for you. You could tell the doctor that you are struggling to cope at the moment and then move on to explain what your struggling with. Doctors will have seen other patients that too struggle with similar things to you so they would have heard it before so try not to be scared about it hun. They are there to help you. Take care
