Well done of going 16 days! sorry about the bad night =/ *hugss*
I'm with you on this, i always end up relapsing for a stupid reason and i hate it. Tbh with me i find that if i haven't sh'd after a long period of time then something really bad happens, that i actually can't sh. It's weird, it's like i'm too numb to actually hurt myself.
