It's good that you realise that doing green wasn't the best long term plan despite it feeling good for a while. I would say the important thing to explore is why you felt the need to do it, what emotions was the green hiding? It also might be worth trying to go and see your doctor sooner if you are feeling so desperate.
Have you tried the Big Distraction List on the RYL mainsite? I don't see how it's possible to have done all of those!
