Soup. Smoothies. Milk. Mashed potato. All easy to prepare and are easily digestible.
I got loss of appetite when I was very depressed. Plus my medication exacerbated it. It's best to get things back in synch sooner rather than later. How do you feel talking to your doc. about this?
