as unfair as it is there is nothing you can do about it, they have rules you you have to be stable for so long, and its not eveb about your health it can be because of your medication as well, you cant drive on certain medications.
You say you wouldnt intentinally hurt other people and never would, but with a car you dont know, if you were in a sate and nothing thinking you could unintentionally hurt somone.
