So my Psych agrees i seem to be getting worse not better
and that i need more support so she's reffering me to Day Services. Is anyone else involved in this? What does it entail? She said something about one-on-one stuff and group activities but i'm kind of scared asi don't know what to expect. It will probably be months before i get in but i'm already worrying,.
