never done any posts like this, but i really need help from anyone, i cant stop harming n keep getting these thoughts of what if i was no longer here. my own parents ignore me and now my boyfriend the main person supporting me wont talk to me. im just so alone and scared, i hate being hear and that i let the past happen n that i let the past still scare me. someone please help
