As mentioned above Herbal teas can be invaluable in helping you sleep. I buy hops, valerian root, skullcap, and lemon balm and mix them together in a tea. It works as a natural sedative, and it always works for me when I am too anxious to sleep. It might not work for everyone, and I would recommend you speak to your doctor if you want to use them.
