If you go to the pharmacy you should be able to get the morning after pill, just ask for it. I believe its still effective 2 or 3 days after so you should be fine if it was only 4 hours ago. I also don't think bending the package should have effected the condom too much. You'll be okay. You're definitley not a screw up. We all make bad decisions every now and then- try not to beat yourself up about it too much. That won't do anyone any good- it'll just hurt you more. *hugs* You can get through this.
