Hi thanks for the info - I told him I was unahppy with CBT (Shelz - I have had it for months before this time but yea). He told me to tell my therapist tomorrow that I would like to see a psychiatrist and if she says it's not a good idea, to ring him and he will write to her. Not sure how I feel but its good to get an expert opinion.
