Sparkly. Set yourself really, small tiny goals. Instead of setting the goal to go to the gym; break it down. Break it down to incredibly tiny things; even if that is put your joggers on. Or just step outside. Or walk for only five minutes. Really super tiny goals are going to help you build your strength in the fact that you CAN do this. Even the goal of getting up. Not doing anything else; just getting up. Think of tiny goals for yourself, and if their too much, break them down further. Helps to write them out too.
But yes, what you're going through is compeltely normal, it does not mean you're going backwards. The fact you set these sorts of goals and things you want to do, and to not completely write off today is a step forward; a giant step forward, so well done!
Credit where credit is due; you are doing very well. Do not expect too much from yourself, you will need some time to adjust, allow yourself that time. Forgive yourself if you are guilting yourself over this, you have no need. You are okay.
