i take it youre not getting over any of the drugs they can prescribe the withdrawal drugs, like when herion addicts get methodrone.
distractions are good... you said about your doctors, maybe you could talk to them about cravings, and know that if you were to fall off the wagon or anything, theyre there to help you =] i know some people who tried to get clean on their own, and mostly it doesnt work... XD
