I hate this too. I have had a ton of migraines, stomach pain, dizziness, bad memory, and other such things and it is never looked into. Even if it is mental health related, they need to rule other stuff out first, and then figure out what part of your mental health is causing it! with me, they just say "oh it's stress" without ever taking me seriously, they don't even explain what is the psychological reason for it, assuming it even is psychological. if i've been stressed for years and years, there's something wrong! they finally did one test but didn't even follow up with me, just left a message saying it was normal. and that was after years of arguing and then they still didn't even try to figure out what it is that's wrong. so i know how frustrating that is. i do think you should try another doctor, you have a right to be tested for actual medical problems. having psychosis does not mean you cannot be physically ill. thing is, with me, not being tested actually INCREASES my paranoia that people are hurting me/hiding stuff. So it would actually help at least in my case to be tested to assure me that it is psychological.
