*hugs* at the moment is it very foggy, you think you can see and hear things, but you can't be sure they're real because the fog is too thick.
however, let the sun warm you, bask on a rock until the sun is bright and warm enough to clear the fog. rest and relax and do not let it worry you, better times are coming.
you have to let the sun do it's job, it will take time but it will clear this fog.
