Diagnoses are very tricky and only sometimes even helpful.

I might ask my counsellor about the disorder when I see her again. Taking him to a doctor/psych without thorough motivation is not an option so I want to inform myself first. It seems like a fairly "new" condition since I haven't read anything about it till that point (three to four weeks ago maybe?)
I am thinking maybe that's why the psychs missed it when he was in? But it's been discovered in 2001?
Aside from the faking schizophrenia, he does have psychoses sometimes (without faking) and he has thought disorders and stuff like that.
I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with this disorder?
